Classes
Our classes are not based on any one yoga style but reflect authentically the inspirations and backgrounds of our teachers. All offerings will include the fundamental principles of breath- pranayama, movement-asana and awareness- meditation.
Vinyasa & Meditation L2/3 🔥🔥
This 75-minute practice will move more fluidly, connecting your movements with breath. This is a fun, fast moving flow class that focuses on physical strength, stability and flexibility, while using creative sequencing.

This practice is for an experienced practitioner that knows their body well and has familiarity with all of the foundational asana.
Not recommended for beginners.
(zen) Sitting Circle 🌊
The (Zen) Sitting Circle gathers interested yogis and seekers to engage in the art of zazen and shikantaza meditation.
Zazen, the heart of Zen practice, involves seated meditation, with focused attention on breath and posture, fostering mindfulness and self-awareness; sometimes koans, or short zen stories, are included in the practice.
Shikantaza, a form of zazen, emphasizes "just sitting" without striving for any particular outcome. A compliment to Vinyasa yoga, which is a dynamic practice that synchronizes movement with breath, Zen meditation focuses on stillness and inner reflection. While Vinyasa yoga emphasizes physical postures and fluid transitions, Zen centers on sitting meditation to cultivate mental clarity and insight.
Newcomers are warmly welcomed!
The Sitting Circle is a supportive environment for all levels of experience. Meetings are held weekly, providing a consistent space for participants to explore the depths of meditation and discover the profound tranquility of Zen practice.
No prior yoga experience required.
Yoga Reset 🌊
This class is a slower, simpler practice designed to open the body, release tension, and explore movement throughout your whole system. This class incorporates breath work, focus, and flexibility to create a balance between a calm mind and a mobile body.
Classes will vary with an area of focus in mobility, yang/yin, good stretch or gentle flow.

Beginners and Yogis of all levels are warmly welcomed.
