Classes
Classes are not based on any one yoga style but reflect authentically the inspiration and background of the teacher. All offerings will include the fundamental principles of breath- pranayama, movement-asana and awareness- meditation.
Vinyasa & Meditation L2/3 🔥🔥
This 75-minute practice will move more fluidly, connecting your movements with breath. This is a fun, fast moving flow class that focuses on physical strength, stability and flexibility, while using creative sequencing.

This practice is for an experienced practitioner that knows their body well and has familiarity with all of the foundational asana.
Not recommended for beginners.
Handstands 🔥🔥
Interested in trying to practice handstands? Getting upside down improves strength, coordination, flexibility, balance, posture, and they are really fun!
It is worth learning how to warm up properly, practice kicking up using the wall, while gradually building progressions in a safe and supportive environment.
This class will incorporate skills and drills, mobility, flexibility, strength work, focused effort getting upside down and a component of flow.
There is no requirement for this class other than a willingness to do the hard work and have fun while doing it!
No prior handstand experience required.
Yoga Reset 🌊
This class is a slower, simpler practice designed to open the body, release tension, and explore movement throughout your whole system. This class incorporates breath work, focus, and flexibility to create a balance between a calm mind and a mobile body.
Classes will focus mainly on a good stretch with gentle flow and soft mobility.
Beginners and Yogis of all levels are warmly welcomed.
Yin, Pranayama & Meditation 🌊
Pranayama (art of breath control) and Meditation (practice of inner focus and reflection) synergize seamlessly with yin yoga (longer held physical postures with the use of props) to deepen the mind-body connection. This integration fosters profound relaxation, stress reduction, and enhanced concentration, while also facilitating self-awareness and inner growth.
